FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Dec. 19, 2008 – Orlando, FL – As the culmination to Three Stars's Month of Miracles toy drive, Santa Claus will deliver toys collected by the company from atop a horse drawn carriage to the children of Ivey Lane Homes at 24 Fanfair Avenue in Orlando on Christmas Eve from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The Ivey Lane Homes community is comprised of 184 houses and the Housing Authority estimates that there are 500 children who will be waiting for Santa and his elves to visit.
The company had set a goal to collect 1000 unwrapped toys for the community’s children, and is very close to meeting that number.
“After we hit the halfway point, we were thrilled to have Dr. Phillips Elementary School join our project and donate upwards of 300 toys,” said Terri Bears, one of the event’s organizers and the company’s Vice President of Employer and Franchise Services.
Donations are still being accepted at the company’s headquarters located at 2295 S. Hiawassee Road, Suite 414, or by contacting Terri Bears at (866) 642-1015.
